The full compilation of reports of EGM2008 evaluation done by IAG WG was published in Newton's Bulletin under the auspices of International Geoid Service. A full report of Australian evaluation is also available. The 45 pages report can be accessed freely.

Bila membaca sejarah Abbasid khususnya pada era awal, era Harun Al-Rashid dan sebelumnya juga, kita akan jumpa mengenai Barmakid. Keluarga Barmakid dikata berasal dari Parsi dan dulunya pernah menganut agama Buddha. Pertama memeluk Islam kalangan keluarga Barmakid adalah Khalid ibn Barmakid (d.782). Beliau memeluk Islam sekitar tahun 720an. Keluarga Barmakid pernah menjadi pembesar Abbasid yang mendapat kepercayaan istana Abbasid Harun Al-Rashid. Menurut Britannica, Barmakid adalah - link ; Barmakids , priestly  family  of Iranian origin, from the city of  Balkh  in Khorāsān, who achieved prominence in the 8th century as scribes and viziers to the early  Abbāsid  caliphs.
